[jaws-uk] Open Mails Not Reading

Hi List.
For some reason or other, JAWS 5.1 has stopped reading automatically when
new e-mails are opened on this Xp system.
I haven't changed any settings, and the "Read Only in Plain Text" check-box
is unchecked.
Is there any other settings I may need to have a look at?
It may be relevant, but a couple of days ago, again for no good reason, JAWS
was starting e-mails with some blurb about HTML mid section. I can't recall
the exact words, but it has stopped as it started, quickly and
unexplainably!
