You don't say what e-mail program you are using.
With Outlook, I can ask for a Send & Read Receipt. That usually generates
some information.

Can't send a simple, attachment-free message from work to home.
No indication at work that there is a problem, messages just disappear.
Can send Emails elsewhere from work.
Any ideas how to trace the prob?
