Hi Robin. I don't know why it should say this is unavailable, but you could
try attacking it via the config manager. When in notepad, push the Jaws key
together with 6 on the number row. Then I suggest you type punctuation into
the edit box and see if you can change things there.

Hi,
JFW 12. As a website worker I need notepad to speak every character. My
desktop pc does this ok but when I use my laptop and notepad it doesn't read
them all.
When I try to modify punctuation, it tells me it's unavailable, only
available if I modify the default file in Ctr Shift D
Sorry if this is basic, how do I modify notepads punctuation without
affecting the default "some" or "most">.
