This is a bit off topic so if anyone can help and answer privately, I would 
appreciate the help.

At work, we have upgraded to access 2002. I was using 97.

I converted the 97 db. Now, every time i close the converted db, access creates 
some sort of copy with the extention, ldb. I have to restart the cp before I 
can open the mdb file I want.
