[jaws-uk] Lotus notes

Hi can anyone help?
I have recently started a new job in admin. My employer uses Lotus notes for
E-mail but I have only ever used Outlook Express.
I am particularly having trouble getting across to the folders including "Sent
items" etc.
I also need to know when an incoming message is carrying an attachment without
having to go up into the menu bar to see if there is an attachment tab.
I also seem to have lost JAWS saying the headings in a new memo such as To :
CC: Subject.
I am using JAWS 7.0 and Lotus notes 5.0
