Hi Kevin, I'm not Peter, but if you click on the Volume icon on the SystemTray, choose Open Volume Control and make sure that all the left-right sliders are set to 50%. You might see a button on that dialog labelled Speaker Volume, press it and you can click the button that says Set to Default Settings.
I hope that works for you. Amro----- Original Message ----- From: "Kevin Morris" <drewdog101@xxxxxxxxx>

Hi Peter, Thanks for this. Please can you let me know how to go into the sound card settings? I've found speakers (under sound, in the Control Panel) but where do I find sound card settings? When I play a music CD (using Windows Media Player) sound comes out of all 5 speakers. However, when listening to Jaws, sound only comes out of 1 of the speakers. Can anyone advise me on what I need to do to make all speakers voice when using Jaws? Prior to installing the new speakers, I was using just two speakers which I had owned for years and Jaws came out of both of them. Interestingly, when listening to music, using Youtube sound only comes out of one speaker (I'm not sure whether this is relevant or not)!
