Hi pete,

Are you set up to show hidden files? Application data won't show up
otherwise.

Cheers,

Mark

Hi Robin

Thanks for the prompt reply - I looked under documents and settings but it
is not there, so I have no idea where it has been installed on this machine
- maybe when the cd version comes it will be installed in the proper place,
but for now it is hidden somewhere.

Regards,

Pete

Hi Pete,

It tells you in the what's new section.

Depending on what operating system you have, you'll find the folder here,

c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\freedom
scientific\jaws\6.0\settings\enu

In XP, this will cover all pc users, but if you have other users of your
machine, you may want to substitute the all users for your own account name
which will be in this part of the folder tree. I'm not sure how other
operating systems go now, but follow the c:\documents & settings, and look
for freedom scientific's folder. Maybe someone else can remind you where to
track it in here.

Hi folks

Now that 6.0 has a new directory structure, where should we install script
files? The settings\enu folder no longer seems to exist, so where do scripts
go?

Pete
