[jaws-uk] How to get jaws to read out bold on words automaticly in a document when performing a Say all?

Hey all, subject says it all. Reason why I am asking is for a piece of homework
the person who wrote notes for me bolded certain words for the simple reason
that the teacher was going at a quick pace.
He explained this to me and asked if jaws can read bolded words I said yes. Now
hear comes my question I can get jaws to read out a bolded word with jaws key
plus the letter F for Font but I don't know how to get jaws when doing a say
all to announce this automaticly.
Can this be done? If so how can I do it?
Look forward to hearing your answers. Oh almost forgot! I am using Jaws 12
latest build.
