Why not create a text file from the PDF and then create a Word document from there. Then paste it into your document.

Hi, Using jfw 9 or 10, Word 2003, I'm about to embark on another brochure design project, in A5 size. A company has sent me their full page ad in pdf format, it's 16mb....
