You might have got this message if the server was already handling the maximum
number of connections that it could at that time.

I've had that problem as well I've tried clicking on it and also copying and
pasting it into my address bar and hitting enter I get a message telling me
the page can not be displayed
Please if people are going to send advisable web addresses can they try them
out for themselves so we don't have the hassle the page that I got told me
that the page could not be displayed and the only links it gave me was a
link to Freedoms website home page where I didn't find much about it yet and
also the other link on the no display page was the back link
