If I understand you correctly, this is now normal behaviour for Jaws7.
Jaws now remembers the forms state for each page and since you would have been in forms mode when you submitted the log-in details, Jaws returns to forms mode when returning to that page.

Haven't noticed this until recently, but it's only recently this site has started putting pop-ups here... I log in to the site, and push <enter> after giving my information. a pop-up ad arrives, I push alt + F4 to kill it... and Jaws says "Forms mode on." Pushing numpad + gets out of forms mode with no problem... it's just that it strikes me as odd.
The site is www.projectrockstar.com but I doubt this is a site-specific phenomenon.
