Jim, any way of telling what prog is generating this message.
Sounds like some kind of fire wall. Doesn't sound like a registry cleaner.
May be you can get into th task manager, alt-control-delete and see if you
can find what is running.

Firstly Brian. I sent 2 e-mails to Redcure on Saturday with no response

at hourly intervals. I've tried searching on Wikepedia for this string

with no success.
