[jaws-uk] Drag and Drop in web applications

Hi list.
here's the scenario that needs solving.
In a web application, you have to reorder your navigation links by clicking
on the navbar item you want to move and dragging it to where you want it to
be.
I believe this is done on the server using either Javascript or Ajax.
I've managed to fluke the reordering once using the Jaws drag and drop
function so I know it works, but can't seem to replicate it.
What is the correct procedure for dragging items in this way?
