Hi Babs, You can slide a little button in the corner of a floppy to right protect it but this isn't a password solution. What I think you need to do is password protect the actual files you've saved to the floppy. For word and Excel files, go to the tools menu and click on the protection... And you can then secure the contents of your files into a Read only format where the document can only be opened if the user has the password you have set. Creating documents in pdf format is another option but I'm out of my league when it comes to that stuff. Best ask the audience or phone a friend!
