[jaws-uk] Database, and Scripting WebPages

Hi.
i know the concepts already for building web pages, but having a few
problems, so posted my questions, about the areas having problems, for my
small site.
now, for the big site, okay, which is the most accessible way to go, not a
my sql database and php?
then what will work with jaws, and make it accessible for all people, abled
and disabled?
now, next year, will be enrolling in a degree in website development, where
they teach my sql, and php, and other advanced technolligies like maybe asp,
dream weaver, etc.
so which is the best way to go about my big and small site?
