This is a question that has appeared all over the place.  Simple
answer is that you can't open in anything else but print view because
Bill Gates doesn't want you to.

Hi all,

I'm using Jaws 9 (latest updates), Windows Vista and Outlook 2007.
Whenever I open a document in Outlook 2007 it opens in print view. How
can I ensure that documents open in normal/standard view rather than,
as at present in print view? If I press escape this sometimes seems to
do the trick but there is, I assume a better way of achieving the same
result?
