Am looking for advice on purchasing a laptop with the spec as follows:-

Toshiba Tecra M9L-12T Core 2 Duo 
  a.. Intel Core 2 Duo T7100 Processor (2 x 1.8GHz) 
  b.. 2GB DDR2 RAM, 120GB hard disk and multiformat DVD Writer 
  c.. 14.1" Widescreen TFT (WXGA 1280 x 800 pixel resolution) 
  d.. Intel X3100 graphics (358MB shared memory), SD card slot 
  e.. Wireless networking (draft-N), Bluetooth and GigaBit LAN 
  f.. Toshiba Easyguard - inc hard disk protection and spill resistant keyboard 
  g.. Biometric fingerprint security, dual touchpad & Accupoint pointing device 
  h.. Microsoft Windows Vista Business

I have jaws 9 professional.
