Anyone who has purchased J-Tools 5 in the past will be entitled to the next
update which has almost concluded its beta process, as and when things get
back on track. Please be patient and you will get your upgrades. We really
are doing everything we can in very difficult circumstances.

Thank you for sharing this. I paid for that last upgrade for JTools many
were not too happy about having to, then have been waiting for the JTools
team to bring it up to match the latest bill of JAWS, now several more have
occurred.
I emailed this person to inquire, as I wonder if our accounts will transfer
and what costs we will have to get JTools current with JAWS.. since only
those going backward can use the latest Jtools.

Effective immediately the J-Ware products including JSay Pro, JTunes, and
JTools will be distributed by Assistive Technology Solutions, Ltd. (Astec),
Newcastle, England, UK. While the company name may be new to some, the
principals (Catherine Pool - Director and Simon Pool - Director) have a long
history in assistive technology design, deployment, and support, and most
recently worked with Terry Clasper and his group at T&T Consultancy. The
principal designer/developer of the J-Ware products, Brian Hartgen, will
continue to work with the Astec team developing and innovating JSay Pro and
its related technologies.
Next Generation Technologies, Inc. will continue as Master Distributor for
these products in North America, and purchasing and distribution should
remain intact. Pace Arko, our J-Ware product specialist will continue to be
'point of contact' for all things J-Ware at NGT, Inc.
We are excited about working with Simon and Catherine Pool, and Astec and
anticipate new energy and design concepts for their internationally
recognized J-Ware technologies. Above all else, we are pleased to be able

Hello. I' am taking this message with enormous unfortunateness. I wish to
express my sincere gratitude to everyone at T&T-Consultancy, I' am pretty
thankful to them, and to everything they have done to keep their clients
satisfied. It is deeply sad to receive such a frustrating news, the ceasing
of this company will remarkably be a thorough sorrow for many of its clients
around the world. I just hope that's the significantly beneficial products
such as J-Say and J-Tools may not be discontinued. Please explain to us,
What about the T&T already registered clients?, will they be refunded?,
Should we expect the loss of a similar business manufactures for the same
cause?. Well, I hope not.

It is with deep regret, as Managing Director, I have to announce the
ceasing
of trading of T&T Consultancy Ltd.
T&T, a UK owned company funded exclusively by Tracey and Terry Clasper and
Tracey Corfield, have been involved in the assistive technology arena
since
March 1999.
As well as providing a broad range of services to people with Assistive
Technology needs within the UK, the company has also been responsible for
developing a range of products, the most well known of which is J-Say,
technology which without doubt makes a huge difference to the lives of
many
individuals with a challenging mix of needs.!
This work we could not of achieved without having a dedicated team of UK
based employees, past and current, a terrific US commercial partner in the
shape of Next Generation Technologies, and a group of highly dedicated
unpaid individuals the world over who have been involved in the testing of
our products.
However over the past year it has become more difficult, primarily due to
the challenges placed upon us by the UK economy, to sustain our operation,
and it is for this reason, and this reason alone, that a decision has been
made to call it a day!
On behalf of everyone involved in our company over the past 13 years, I'd
like to take this opportunity to thank each and every person who has been
a
customer of T&T. We thank you for allowing us to be of service to you in
whatever way we have been, and we hope we have, in some small way, made a
difference to the way you use and interact with assistive technology in
your
life!
However whilst on the one hand I feel saddened by this announcement , it
is
not all bad news!
Two staff members who fully embrace the goals and objectives that T&T
Consultancy held so highly, and who have been working with us for many
years, are, I'm delighted to say, intending to take forward many aspects
of
the business.
Under the name of Astec Assistive Technology Solutions limited, Simon and
Catherine Pool have begun trading in their own right within the assistive
technology arena.
Building on their relationships with customers and clients of T&T
Consultancy, the company is now, with immediate effect, providing
training,
software, hardware and support for many individuals and businesses.
Astec will take forward and continue to develop the many products which
T&T
Consultancy created, such as J-Say, J-Tools and many others and will
strive
to train and support existing and new customers alike.
