I to am thinking of getting a new computer and would prefer a laptop but
with a full keyboard that is one with a numpad as I have very big hands and
find the small laptop keyboards hard to use

Hi all,
Well it's time to purchase a new home PC, our old one doesn't have the chip
speed or memory to handle JAWS,J-Say and Dragon naturally speaking or
Photoshop CS2 which my wife wishes to use. The last time Brian Hartgen
visited me, he had a Toshiba M5 with two gigabytes of RAM. Is this the
optimum? I wish to purchase a laptop so my wife can use it anywhere in the
house and I can plug it into a docking station and use high vis keyboard and
large TFT. Does anyone know what the latest most powerful laptop model is?
I generally purchase the most powerful machine and keep it till it breaks or
as in this example it isn't up to the job.
Where's the best place to purchase from these days? The manufacturers of my
last machine have gone out of business and so the warranty counts for
nothing, if it breaks, its tuff, end up shelling out one way or another.
Advice on machine and suppliers much appreciated.
