Hi all,
You're not gonna like this, but oh well.
This j-say, dragon naturally speaking, and jaws stuff is so rediculous.
You'd think in the 21st century, we could have a computer or smart phone, with
1 program on it, which could let you control your computer or smart phone
completely, by voice, but we don't.
Now, there is some voice recognition on IPhones with SIRI, but it's so in its
infancy, it'll take years to let you controll the entire smart phone.
Instead, we've got jaws, j-say and dragon naturally speaking, what a mess!
I will be glad in the future, when that all will hopefully, change, and we can
have just a screen reader and speech recognition, and not 3 pieces of software.
I mean this is nuts!
Now there is, in windows 7, built in speech recognition, but it won't work with
jaws, so we're stuck with 3 things again. Jaws is the best screen reader in the
world, so if you want speech recognition, with jaws, you gotta use j-say, jaws,
and dragon. Now there is, System access, and you can use it with the built in
voice recognition in windows 7, and it does a great job, but system access is
absolutely horrible. Anyone who has it will tell you how slow your computer
will run with system access on it.
Very frustrated.
Harry

  Ann,

That's correct. Uninstall 852 and shared components, If you already have
718 installed repair it after removing 852. Then install J-Say 10.

  Hope that helps.

To clarify, then, I have to clear all the JAWS's from my computer except
.718 in order to use J-Say version 10, because J-Say will discover my secret
.852 and be cranky about it. Yes???
