OK this can be very easily resolved by placing your J-Say CD into the cd-rom drive of your computer and carrying out a J-Say repair. Please let me know if you have questions. Since this fix, however, I noticed that JSay is not playing the chime sound after the listen to me command is given. The microphone turns on but there is no notification of such. Also, the "check microphone" command when the microphone is sleeping does not respond. Can some one tell me how to fix these problems? Ralph Haney
