How much free memory is left at this point. This message usually occurs
if there is no free memory so the RMA cannot expand.

Mine is 25056K. :-)
Do you have a very large '-Next' slot allocated? Starting several
applications that do not specify a specific slot would use up free memory
quickly. If it happens at boot time the '-Next' slot has been specified
too early in the sequence, it should only be set at the end.
