[iyonix-support] Iyonix USB to Parallel printing

Having brought my Iyonix to France for a long stay, I am trying to connect
a different printer via the USB to parallel lead, but have obviously
forgotten something magic to get the USB connection working.
The printer driver Connections window has the USB bit greyed out.
What is it I haven't done?
