Its an old !Boot which doesn't have the required 510Hook directories in it.

To diagnose the problem with your !Boot try Paul Vigay's TaskSetup
Configure plug-in which will allow you to easily enable and disable whats
run in the boot sequence. http://www.vigay.com/software/tasksetup.html
