[isapros] The first TMG-compatible tool on ISATools.org

It's the same script I wrote for ISA 2004 / ISA 2006 to provide a MSDE or 
local-SQL ISA log export, but now it also runs on TMG!

The readme gives you examples and requirements.

Feel free to send me bugz, complaints, death threats, large sums in small, 
unmarked bills, etc.
