If you're concerned about nefarious folks attacking your users via links on
malicious websites, you might want to add this to your arsenal:
http://isatools.org/tools/block_lnk.vbs
it's not a complete answer, but it will help reduce the odds that someone can
get to you via user requests through the firewall.
