windows messenger

I have a DC with ISA installed. I use Windows Messenger on my work station
and all works well except when i try to do voice or video. I have a stand
alone computer with a modem and try calling using video and i get a
message that the computer has a problem from messenger. both machine have
windows XP on them. Has anyone used Messenger and Video? Please help!
