web server publishing error

Hi,
I've published my Internal Web server but can't get access to it.
I've followed all the procedures on the article by T Shinder on
isaserver.org.

I'm getting the error below:
Background:
The server, while acting as a gateway or proxy, has lost the connection with
the upstream content server.
Can someone help there?
