site to site connections

Hi,
I just completed my first site to site connection between rras 2000 and
isa 2004 on win2k 03. I have four locations can I have mutiple public ip
addresses bound to a single nic for more than one site to site vpn
tunnel?? On one server, I have four locations and would like to have a
domain controller at 3 of these branch offices and have AD areplication
accross the site to site links Jim
