SecureNAT session is not necessarily the same as SecureNAT clients.
Application filter action will create "SecureNAT" mappings because ISA
is actually making the connections to the upstream server.
The correct math is:
SecureNAT client sessions == (Firewall sessions + Web Proxy sessions) -
SecureNAT Mappings
