realplayer cann't connect to internet through ISA

i have isa server installed with sp1 and all clients have F.W client they
connect to internet successfully ,the problem is when they try to view any
video or sound on the internet using realplayer8 it show for them
connecting msg in taskbar then closed and give them a dns error
i think that isa prevent the fllow osf streaming of realplayer protocol so
i think that i need to make protocol definition or creat custom port or
allow packet filtiring and also some steps at realplayer at user
workstation
but what is the detail steps to do that,thanks for any one can help me
