When you redirect the request in your web publishing rules.
Use the internal ip address of your web server, not the server
Name.
I take it you have IIS and ISA in the same box ?
I had the same problem, let me know how you go

when i connect from my browser i get the error 12206 on the browser
which is related to proxy chain loop on the isa server. i followed the
instruction provided by Microsoft Knowledge Base and technet but it
didn't solve the problem
