problems disabling socket pooling

Hi
problem with mapping port 25 when publishing server mail server
event id is 14163
I've tried to disable socket pooling with ( reference these url for
coomands)http://www.microsoft.com/isaserver/using/tips/socketpooling.asp
http://www.isaserver.org/shinder/tutorials/socket_pooling.htm
C:>mdutil set -path smtpsvc/1 -value 1 -dtype 1 -prop 1029 -attrib 1
but i get an error
SetValueByDataType failed - HRES(0x80070057) ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER
is there another way to disable socket spooling on smtpsvc
Can anyone help
