problem with MS SQL Server

I installed ISA server on my MS Windows 2000 Advanced server. Here, I'm
experiencing problem when I'm trying to connect to remote sql server. It
shows the message Msg 17,Level 16, State 1
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]SQL Server does not exist or
access denied. Please, tell me how to solve it?
