no one can access the web server

hello
i have problem with my published web server behind isa server
it was working this morning and no problem but this afternoon no one can
access form internet my web site ,from inside the network its work but not
from outsid, in the event log says that there is a conflict between the LAT
table and windows 2000 routing table , i checked that but there is no
conflict, and it is not only for the web server also for the mail server
both in the same time
could you please tell me what i can do
