hi all,
i need quick and brief help.
our company is considering to implement ISA firewall(comapring also with
competitiors...i-e sygate,zonelabs)...we also want cache/proxy service. so
ISA seems to be our choice. before the purchase,we're going to try the ISA's
120 day eval. on 1 server with 10 clients(the testing environment). i'm
given the task of installing/experimenting/implementing the ISA on test
systems. so, my queston/details are: 1. can anyone give me brief steps to
install ISA on server and on the clients. 2. how clients would access the
internet. company's policy allows, FTP,HTTP,email,netmeeting+MSN(for
employees internal use and for managers, external use) access in general and
to few clients access to use the dowload manager softwares i-e getright, is
also allowed for downloading pathec/SPs etc. 3. how the server itself will
access the internet and other services.
my aim is to get the ISA install and up and running as soon as i can. of
course, i'm going through all the accomapnying document+other material to
actually implement the ISA in our organization.
