Gopi,

By default, ISA reject all packets after installation.  To allow
SecureNAT, all that needs to be done is to create a Protocol Rule
allowing your list of protocols out to the Internet.  This is required
for the ISA.  For the client side, you have to either point your
intermediate router to ISA as its default gateway or point your
workstations to the ISA as their default gateway.
