missing w3proxy field in ISA log files format

My 2 ISA servers on Win2000 Advanced Server have been set for Enterprise,
Array and Network Load Balancing, Outgoing Web Request.
The log file is in ISA format, fields: Sevice name and Proxy name are
selected.
I compared with my ISA test on Win2000 server,has been set Stand Alone but
they have the same setting in Outgoing Web Request and in the fields
selected of log file.
My ISA test produces w3proxy field in daily log, but my 2 ISA servers do
not.
I have already tried to Select All/Apply, Restore Defaults and selected
Service Name. But not thing changed.
Do I need to Stop/Start Web Proxy Service? Restart my server? I did not do
it in my ISA test server, but it worked well.
I will appreciate for any suggestion.
