isa slow performance

Hi All, I have successfully deployed ISA in mixed mode but am
experiencing rather slow performance through both the reverse proxy
(especially noticeable using OWA, very slow) and also transferring data
from the outside to the inside (downloading files etc). Ive tweaked
about as much as I can and seen no improvement, are there any general
pointers for trying to cure something like this? Im considered
formatting and starting over with the box..
