how can the client use the outlook or outlook express to receive & send email behind the ISA.

I have registered some email address on some website. For example:
***@btamail.net.cn and the POP3 Server is btamail.net.cn the smtp server
is btamail.net.cn. How to configure on the ISA to allow the user behind
the ISA can send&received the email from btamail.net.cn.
I have created a protocol rule that allow all IP trafic to transfer. But I
still can't send and receive the email.
