error 502

I am new to ISA SERVER, i just installed my first server, configuer
protocole rule to allow access to all IP protocols during working hours,
enable filtring and routing and also i configured caching, all services
are working, but i can not connect with any client type, always i receive
error 502: ICMP Network unreachable, although i can browse the internet
from the ISA server.
