Hi Krishna,
What i know is you can display message for those sites which you have
blocked thru ISA REDIRECTS but i am afraid not for those which cannot be
found,
If thatz the case, what you can do is take out the error number like 40X.X
and you can edit that from the IIS directory where you have all the error
codes. You can try this!

Anyone knows how to display a message on the web client when someone surf
any website, and it could not be accessed/found.

ISA 2000 is used as internet connection as sharing
