Hi Steve:

Thanks for your suggestion. I have search and read a lot of
documentation in the isaserver.org Shinder section and other sections
(Including a very good whitepapers 'ISA Server 2000 Branch Office
Deployment Kit <http://www.isaserver.org/articles/bokit.html> ' with 12
chapters). But all I have found is about using VPN links but not using a
dedicated WAN link. I'm waiting for any other suggestions.

Best regards

Lic. Alexey Fernandez Suarez

There is plenty of documentation to achieve what you want to do on
www.isaserver.org....in the DR Shinder section.

Subject: [isalist] branch office to main office connection using a
dedicated WAN lin k

Hi!

I need help in connecting a branch office to main office connection
using a dedicated WAN link. I know it is more expensive than connecting
it using VPN link, but the WAN link already exists in my company and
they want to keep and take advantage of that. All the documentation I've
found talk about connecting using VPN link but nothing about dedicated
WAN link.

I need also to get internet access for the branch office trough the ISA
server in the main office and have full access to the network at the
main office. They are asking me to have an ISA server in branch office
to control and monitoring access, traffic and contents to the internet.
And last the environment is the branch office is a child win 2k domain
of the main office. So, I need to guarantee the active directory
replication and global catalog replication and exchange to exchange
communication between both offices.

Can some body help me?

Thanks in advance

Best Regards
