There might be some conflicts in protocol orders. Have you rechecked it to
make sure a request for yahoo gets caught in right position?

hi,
I have an isa 2000 server , i configured a destination
set for yahoo messenger for the following IPs:
cs.yahoo.com
Default Port: 5050
216.136.175.145
216.136.224.213
216.136.224.214
216.136.225.11
216.136.225.12
216.136.225.35
216.136.225.36
216.136.225.83
216.136.225.84
216.136.226.117
216.136.226.118
216.136.131.93
216.136.175.142
216.136.175.143
216.136.175.144
216.136.233.128 
 
and i configured a deny rule on the site and content
rule for this IPs but the user sitll can access the
yahoo messenger ,
i made a protocol definition for yahoo messenger (
port 5050 , tcp , outbound ) and  i denyied this port
in the protocol rule also the user can access the
yahoo messenger can anyone help me
