anonymous entries in log files

I have been using ISA for a while now and it has been working fine. The
problem I have is that in the log files where I used to have some
entries as anonymous and others with their correct name I now get mostly
anonymous username with just an ip address and very few username
entries. Can someone tell me what is going on so that I can fix this?
