You'd think I could have figured it out though. Oh well, I didn't.

I think I am in a bind now. If internet users can NOT upload files to my
internal servers via a FTP web pub rule I am hosed. Here is why.
If I use a web pub rule for IP, creating a listner for it, and
pointing it to my internal server named web25, THEN I can not use the same
IP to do FTP SERVER publishing to the same server (because that IP is
configured in a listner). That means I use up two public IP's for every
web/ftp server I have.

In ISA 2k, using server pub, I could simply publish port 80/443/21 all to
the same IP. Granted it was less secure than web publishing, but I could
utilize an IP to the fullest.

Do you think I am missing something here? Probably.

Thanks so much for your patience and help

Now I wonder if I am not better off trying to get server pub working
