I had no problem receiving streaming media from this site. I basically have the
same config/setup as you.

Can someone else out there go to www.u8tv.com <www.u8tv.com> and see if you
can receive streaming media from this site. I can't, I'm using the firewall
client, MMS and virtually all outbound protocols are open on my ISAServer.
