WinXP clients can browse any website on the Internet with the exception of one site (my ISP?)???

Hello everyone,
Your input would be more than greatful!
I'm new to ISA but i'm eager and ready to listen and learn! All of my XP
clients can surf any site on the internet with the exception of my ISP
provider? I have made no changes that i'm aware of and it just started
happening yesterday!? The server is Windows 2000 acting as a proxy via
dial-up.
Please advise
