RE: What am I missing?

Just the Internal one...The ISA one is off under the Policies...that
works when I turn it on.
I feel like I'm missing a step outside of the rule. I'm even comparing
side by side to the ISA server that is working and all the settings are
the same except for it has an internal ip address rather than the
external one
