Your SSL requests are going through the web proxy service which by default
will only accept requests on the standard SSL port 443.  You need to add a
tunnel port using the script here:  http://isatools.org/ssl_tpr_add.vbs.
This script will let you open different ports for SSL traffic.  Once you add
5050 as a tunnel port you should be all set.
